Trail Closure on Garibaldi Springs Property

In the coming weeks, Polygon will be commencing construction on the Garibaldi Springs community.  Our initial phase is comprised of 60 townhomes and cottages called “Highline” along with improvements to Dowad Drive, Tantalus Road and the construction of the community park and trail system.

For everyone’s safety we will be completely closing the northern portion of the golf course to the public (see map attached). Fencing and signage will be installed around the closed area notifying individuals of the closure and prompting them to take alternative routes. The southern portion of the golf course will remain open until we commence the community park construction later in the Spring.

Our on-site team and contractors will take all reasonable steps to maximize safety and minimize any inconveniences that may arise from their work.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.  We also look forward to welcoming you to the Ecological Reserve, Garibaldi Springs Park and trail system when it is complete.
