Dipper Trail resurfacing finished
Carl Halvorson finally got to put down his required depth of 3 to 4 inches of material which the rakers crowned to his specifications . He then compacted with many passes of the loaded mud buggy and did a final polishing.. The result is the best work done ever on resurfacing a trail . The Dipper trail is now a wonderfully flowing grey wave and a credit to Carl's and the volunteer raker’s diligent efforts.
