Trail Cleanup Planned

"Jasper Fleming, a student at Howe Sound Secondary, is planning a bicycling-powered trails clean-up on Monday, April 24th. The plan is to meet at 3:00 pm on the paved Corridor Trail next to the Skills Park at Brennan Park Recreation Centre. Jasper has agreed to supply bags and gloves to those interested in participating, but it would be helpful to RSVP him at jasperjj88@yahoo.ca so he knows how many volunteers to prepare for. The plan is to proceed south on bikes down the Corridor Trail or Loggers Creek Trail, past the Adventure Centre through Rose Park, around the schools and returning to Brennan Park via the Discovery Trail picking up garbage and litter along the way. It is a great opportunity to get out, get some exercise and help our community and the environment. - A Critical Trash Ride!"
